We get asked this a lot! The short answer is: Same energy, different playlist. If you’ve ever done Zumba, you’ll feel right at home here. We share that same high-intensity, "party atmosphere" workout, but we put our own spin on it. Here is the breakdown:

Think of it as a neighborhood dance party where we’re playing everything from old school hits and soulful R&B to the current chart-toppers you hear on the radio. Our choreography is built to be "caught, not taught"—meaning you don’t need to be a professional dancer to follow along. We’re more interested in getting your heart rate up than getting your footwork perfect.

Who Is This Class For?
This class is for anyone who is tired of the treadmill to nowhere and wants a class that is so fun that they forget it's a workout. If you dance in your kitchen when no one is watching, have to bust a move when your song comes on, and don't take yourself too seriously. This is the perfect place for you!

The Guide To Your First Class
Joining a class for the first time can seem a little intimidating but the good news is that it doesn't have to be. As The Well, we are a community of people who are all about community and encouragement. This is all you will need to get started.

The Shoes: Your going to want to wear some comfortable shoes that you can move around in. Nothing special, just some sneakers.

The Clothes: What do you wear to the gym? Thats what you want to wear

The Water: This is a workout, and you will sweat, or as we say, glisten & glow! Bring a good-sized water bottle to keep yourself hydrated.

The Mindset: This class is all about fun and movement. Who cares about the steps! As long as you are moving more today than you did yesterday, we are happy!

The Glamour Shot: After each class, we take a glamour shot because we worked hard, and we want credit for it! No pressure... If you're hiding from the police and don't want to participate, we undertand.
