What To Expect
If you think a chair-based workout is just "sitting around," think again! We’ve designed this class to be a high-energy, fun-filled hour that leaves you feeling stronger and more mobile. Here is what a typical morning looks like at the Stanley Building:

More Than Just A Chair
We use the chair as our "home base" to provide stability and support. From there, we move! You’ll work through stretching, light resistance training (using weights or bands), and rhythmic movements that get your heart rate up without ever putting stress on your knees or back.

We believe that good music makes for a better workout. You can expect a playlist full of familiar favorites that will have you tapping your toes while you work. We keep the energy high and the vibes positive—because fitness should feel like a celebration, not a chore.

The best part of Sit and Get Fit isn't the exercise; it’s the people. You’ll be surrounded by neighbors who are all there for the same reason: to stay healthy and stay connected. We always leave time for a little "catch-up" before and after class, making it the social highlight of your week.

You Are
There’s no need for special "gym gear." Just wear comfortable clothes you can move in and a pair of sturdy shoes. We provide the chairs, the equipment, the motivation, and everything else you need to have an amazing time. Get ready to have fun at The Well in Canton!

When Is Sit & Get Fit
Sit and Get Fit is a 45 minute class hosted on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30am & Saturdays at 8:00am.
You can expect to be joined by 15 - 20 other people looking to have an amazing morning with you!
All you need to bring with you is some water and a smile. We provide the chairs and other materials for the workout!
