Tone Your Body Before Summer

Summer Burn is for people who are serious about making this the year where they reach their goals. We combine cardio with strength to get real gains before the swimsuits come out in the Summer. Commit for 45 days and watch your body change!

Two Parts, One Amazing Class

Part 1:  Cardio

Summer Burn starts with stretching before we bring the heart rate up with cardio. This portion of class is designed to work up a sweat, begin the fat-burning process, and prepare the muscles for work. You can expect a different workout each class, including:

  • Step Aerobics

  • Body weight exercises

  • Chair Aerobics
  • Dance Fitness

  • and more!

Part 2:  Strength

After kicking things off with cardio, we grab the provided weights and begin sculpting the body. You can choose weights from 1lb to 10lb based on the exercise and your level. The purpose of the weights is to tighten and tone your muscles. Cardio alone is great but it's muscle that will burn more calories. This portion of class focuses on the following muscle groups:

  • Core

  • Arms

  • Back

  • Thighs

  • Glutes

When Is This Class?

Summer Burn is each and every Tuesday & Thursday at 6:45pm at The Well, starting April 14, 2026. It's a 45-minute class that will challenge you but also promises amazing results. Show up consistently and watch your body change in an amazing way.

The Guide To Your First Class

Joining a class for the first time can seem a little intimidating but the good news is that it doesn't have to be. As The Well, we are a community of people who are all about community and encouragement. This is all you will need to get started. 

  • The Shoes: Your going to want to wear some comfortable shoes that you can move around in. Nothing special, just some sneakers.

  • The Clothes: What do you wear to the gym? Thats what you want to wear

  • The Water: This is a workout, and you will sweat, or as we say, glisten & glow! Bring a good-sized water bottle to keep yourself hydrated. 

  • The Mindset: This class is all about fun and movement. Who cares about the steps! As long as you are moving more today than you did yesterday, we are happy!

  • The Glamour Shot: After each class, we take a glamour shot because we worked hard, and we want credit for it! No pressure... If you're hiding from the police and don't want to participate, we undertand.
