This class was created for people who want a workout that feels fun, effective, and doable all in one session. It’s high-energy without feeling overwhelming, and challenging without losing the supportive, community-centered vibe The Well is known for.


What Is Summer Burn?

Summer Burn is a mashup class designed to help you move, sweat, strengthen, and feel good in your body.

Here’s how it works:

  • First half: cardio to get your heart rate up and your energy flowing

  • Second half: weights and resistance bands to build strength and tone muscle


That means you’re getting the best of both worlds in one class. You’ll leave feeling like you really worked, but also like you had a good time doing it.





Why We Created It

At The Well, we know our community wants workouts that are effective, but also encouraging and realistic. Not everybody wants to spend hours in the gym or bounce between different classes to get cardio and strength training in.
